Tour Management

RG Tour Management has been set up to handle all matters relating to performance tours for groups, bands, and individual singers. Tour managers will do everything from setting schedules and venues to arranging for transportation of performers, their instruments, their assistants, musical equipment, stage props, stages, technicians, and stage crews.

Depending on the needs of a performer or a band, RG Tour Management can take on a single aspect of a tour, such as travel arrangements or setting schedules with venues. On the other hand, RG Tour Management can take on the entire spectrum of Tour Management: booking hotels and making travel arrangements; scheduling all departures and arrivals from airports, hotels, and music venues; arranging refreshments and meals; scheduling interviews and press releases; dispensing tour and backstage passes; sales of tickets and memorabilia; collection of tickets at venue doors; making all financial arrangements and payments to crews, venues, and vendors; and looking after the welfare of enthusiastic fans.
